Return Policy

At VEGA, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can request a return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of Items:
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
    • Products that are damaged, washed, or altered are not eligible for returns.

Returns Process (Germany Only)

We currently offer a return service exclusively within Germany. If you would like to return an item:

  1. Contact Us:
    • Email us at vegawear.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Label:
    • Once your request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid DHL return label.
  3. Prepare Your Package:
    • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible.
    • Attach the provided DHL return label to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return:
    • Drop off your return package at your nearest DHL location.

Return Costs

  • For returns within Germany, a flat fee of €6.19 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
  • The return shipping fee is waived for defective or incorrect items.

International Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns from customers outside of Germany. If you are an international customer and experience any issues with your order, please contact us at vegawear.official@gmail.com. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or partial refund.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the return and will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The 7-10 business day handling time may differ, based on volume of returns & holidays.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
